"Really liking how easy this app is"
I use Rollo mostly from my phone, and it’s been super easy so far. Labels print fast, and I can check my orders without having to pull out my laptop, which is really nice. I haven’t run into any major issues, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

I’ve been using Rollo Printer for my shipping labels, it’s been really easy to get the hang of!! I didn’t have to spend forever figuring things out, and connecting my stores was way simpler than I thought it would be.
I really like that it’s not packed with confusing menus or extra stuff I don’t need. Creating labels, checking orders, and printing everything feels quick and smooth. I did run into one small issue, but I was able to fix it myself without contacting support, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I’m really happy with it!!

"Easy order, just a little slow to arrive"
As someone who orders online often, I really appreciated how smooth and simple the checkout process was. Everything was easy to follow, and I didn’t run into any issues placing the order. The only downside was that it shipped a bit later than expected, but overall it was still a good experience.

"Started fast, then it get slow"
At first it prints fast, which I really liked. But after a while it sometimes slow down for no clear reason. It still does the job, just not always as quick as I was expecting.

"Kind of wish I’d picked something else"
When my Rollo Printer printer is working, it’s nice. The labels print fast, they look clean, and getting it set up wasn’t too painful. For a while I thought I’d made a solid purchase.

But after using it more, I’m a little disappointed. It randomly drops connection or feeds labels wrong, and I end up restarting it way more than I expected. It’s not the worst printer ever, but for what I paid, I kind of wish I’d gone with something more dependable.

"Heads up: setup is easy, but the instructions could be better"
Just a quick warning for anyone about to install the Rollo Printer driver: it mostly went smoothly, but don’t expect the instructions to walk you through everything perfectly. I downloaded the driver from their site and had it working fast on my laptop, but I did have to restart once and tweak the printer settings a bit before it printed correctly. Nothing too difficult, just a little annoying if you’re expecting a totally plug-and-play setup. Overall, it works fine now, so I’d give it 4 stars

"WiFi setup really tested my patience"
Getting the WiFi set up was frustrating. It keeps disconnecting over and over, and after a while it just put me in a bad mood. When it works, it’s fine, but dealing with the constant drops is a pain.

I can't say I'm not a bit disappointed. The labels come out looking kind of faded, and sometimes the print is blurry enough that it doesn't look as sharp as it should.

I was kind of surprised, but the carrier rates here were way cheaper than what I was seeing elsewhere... ended up saving me more than expected.

I assumed my older labels were going to be a problem, because that’s usually how these things go, but the Rollo handled them without any fuss. I tried a few different sizes from stuff I use for Amazon and eBay orders, and so far everything has printed fine. Setup was straightforward too. I’m really glad I didn’t end up needing to buy some special labels just for this.

"Setup took a bit longer than I hoped"
The printer is working fine now, but getting it set up was kind of a hassle. The instructions were decent, but I still ended up restarting it and trying a few things a couple of times before it finally worked. Anyway, it’s not terrible once it’s going, but the setup definitely could’ve been smoother

"I got my stores connected way faster..."
I got my stores connected way faster than I expected, and printing labels has been painless. It saved me from sitting there copying addresses all day, which I was really not looking forward to. Weirdly, I remember setting it up while eating a slightly stale blueberry muffin, and the whole thing was done before I finished it

"Warranty support helped, but it took some patience"
My printer worked fine when I first got it, but after a while it started having an issue. I reached out about the return/warranty process, and to be fair, they did help me get it sorted. The frustrating part was how slow the replies were, I had to follow up twice before things really moved along. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit annoying and slower than I would’ve liked.
